This is a single storey flat roofed side extension to an end of terrace house in Nunhead. The extension contains a new study / guest bedroom and bathroom. The council granted planning consent for a new roof terrace overlooking the street, which is accessed via a new modular staircase in the courtyard garden. The terrace is partially enclosed by a timber pergola which will in time support climbing plants to provide shading, and create a new green space for the house.
